Short Boat Ride on the River

A fictional short story about family violence, this story won an honourable mention in the Indignor House Short Story Competition. It is included in the anthology of short fiction, Fear. 

Hawthorne Amplified

In 2020, I led an experiential learning project at Hawthorne Public School in Ottawa. My Industrial Animal Agriculture Road Trip: A Multimodal Digital Composition

I created this video to use as an exemplar for teaching writing to students with emerging print literacy using multimodal digital composition. It is part of a textbook that will be published soon, created by myself and an editorial team at McGill University, teaching writing to multilingual learners through critical food literacy.
